Regina M. Strickroth, Attorney at Law Regina M. Strickroth is admitted to the bar in the State of South Carolina , and has practiced on Hilton Head and in Bluffton since 1994. Regina earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1988, and her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1992. Regina’s practice areas include commercial and residential real estate transactions, § 1031 tax deferred exchanges, business closings and corporate work. Regina is a certified Family Court mediator and frequently acts as Guardian ad Litem in custody disputes. In addition, Regina handles simple estate planning and probate matters. Regina is a frequent speaker for the Lowcountry Community Development Corporation’s First Time Homebuyer class and the Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors. 	Misti Cramer Pinckney, Paralegal Misti Cramer Pinckney is the firm's managing real estate closing paralegal. Misti is a lowcountry native, having been born and raised in Jasper County . She is a 1990 graduate from Thomas Heyward Academy , and earned her Associates Degree with honors in Business/Paralegal/Legal Assistant from Technical College of the Lowcountry in 1993.
